Custom All-City Nature Boy 57cm for sale in Albuquerque, New Mexico

I'm selling my fairly new custom built All-City Nature boy Single Speed Cyclocross bike. 57cm frame. Check the All-City website for geometry, I'm 5'10" and it fits me perfectly. The bike is in great shape, however the rear wheel needs a new rim. It's totally fine to ride on it as is, but the rim has a dent in it and should be replaced at some point in the future. The bar tape is a little worn out but I have replacement tape on the way (Lizard Skins). This is why I'm selling the bike so cheap. Here's the build:
